Our Focus
I travel around speaking to small and large groups. I only ask for $ 100.00 + expenditures be covered, such as airline or motel/hotel expenses, if needed. I ask for the $100.00 to help pay off my daughters funeral expenses that I am still taking care of.
I am doing this to help others, not to make money.
The speaking can be scaled to under or over an hour....whatever your needs are.
It is to be a healing session for all. I speak to others and most times hit points that most do not think of during their grief process, which does help them. I am not a licensed counselor or therapist but I am a mother who fought the good fight with my addict and traveled to hell and back with her. I was there when she was born and there when she died and everywhere in between.
I have written an E-Book titled: 'A Life Too Short' By V.L.Dillon & Krystal Miller that can be found on 'Smashwords.com'. I have been told by readers that this book is like watching over my shoulder as I dealt with my daughter. I have been told this book is like looking into my private life. Readers have told me that is book is what their grandparents would call, ' Airing out your dirty laundry in public'. You know what? If airing out my dirty laundry saves a life elsewhere, I will shake and shake that laundry and hang it everywhere. Life is precious and we need to help our addicts and our grieving mothers everywhere in this world!
Grief is the most painful emotion because a death leaves a void/blackhole that can never be filled.
